Summary:
As a Business Developer at ThreeSixty, you’ll be the engine behind our growth—building trusted relationships with businesses who are ready to grow and evolve. You’ll engage qualified leads through structured, consultative discovery conversations that uncover real business pain and align solutions to long-term success. While supported by strong inbound demand, this role is for self-starters who also thrive on outbound strategy and pipeline ownership. Every deal you close helps us advance our mission: empowering businesses to transform, thrive, and make a lasting impact in their communities.
Who We’re Looking For:
- You’re naturally curious about how businesses work and love solving real, meaningful problems
- You respond quickly and professionally—you're the kind of person who follows up before being asked
- You bring passion, clarity, and confidence to conversations, even when prospects are skeptical or stalled
- You’re driven to meet goals through smart effort—not just waiting for leads, but by creating momentum
- You deliver what you promise, and you do it without excuses or shortcuts
- You value collaboration and actively look for ways to help others close, succeed, and learn
- You stay composed and constructive in the face of objections, ghosting, or high-pressure timelines
- You’re always testing, iterating, and improving—because “what worked last time” isn’t good enough forever
Who We’re Looking For:
- You love solving business problems and identifying transformation opportunities (Always Be Innovating)
- You thrive in high-speed environments and move with urgency, not pressure (Be Responsive)
- You’re a natural communicator—curious, professional, and easy to talk to (People See Smiles)
- You’re proactive and driven to meet goals without waiting for leads to be just handed to you (Be Responsive)
- You act with integrity, choosing solutions that solve the client’s real problems (Do What You Say)
- You embrace collaboration and want the whole team to succeed (All on One Team)
- You stay positive, persistent, and constructive—even when deals stall or prospects ghost (People See Smiles)
- You share insights, support your peers, and contribute beyond your own pipeline (All on One Team)
- You’re energized by trying new approaches, testing messages, and improving your craft (Always Be Innovating)
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the front-end sales process for all new client acquisition
- Qualify leads using structured Fit Assessments grounded in GAP, SMART, and Neuromarketing
- Distinguish between Service and Agency prospects and direct them appropriately
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategy and prepare seamless transitions
- Own and update CRM records for leads, notes, and proposal details
- Draft proposals and prepare lead insights for onboarding success
- Respond to inbound leads within hours, not days
- Proactively generate outbound activity to supplement inbound volume
- Participate in weekly pipeline reviews, sales huddles, and training
- Maintain rigorous follow-up to prevent dropped or neglected prospects
What You’ll Need:
- Demonstrated experience in sales, lead qualification, or business development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A consultative mindset and desire to solve problems, not push products
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Pipeline CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and pipeline hygiene
- Comfort working across teams and documenting detailed client insights
- Proactive mindset and ability to self-generate opportunities
- Understanding of B2B business challenges and decision-making psychology
What Success Looks Like:
- You convert leads into aligned, paying clients at a healthy velocity
- Your Fit Assessments uncover pain, urgency, and value for every prospect
- Your CRM records are complete, accurate, and updated in real-time
- Your transitions to Client Success or Agency Executives are seamless and strategic
