Summary:
The account executive is responsible for growing sales, revenue, client accounts, and new business. The primary focus is on selling agency products and services to new and existing customer accounts. Account executives handle all aspects of the sales process from initial engagement to long term retention and consulting. The individual AE levels are assigned based on performance metrics, skills, and product knowledge and experience closing deals.

Possible Title Levels:
- Junior Account Executive (JAE) - Base: $40,000 to $55,000
- Account Executive I (AE1) - Base: $50,000 to $60,000
- Account Executive II (AE2) - Base: $55,000 to $75,000
- Account Executive III (AE3) - Base: $70,000 to $85,000
- Senior Account Executive (SAE) - Base: $75,000 to $90,000
Primary Duties:
- Sales of creative agency related products and services offered by the company
- Account management and review activities for client retention and growth
- Qualifying and processing new business leads and converting them into customers
- Seeking out new business opportunities, referrals, and potential clients to fill their pipeline
- Accurately logging and communicating customer interactions through a central CRM
- Acting as the client liaison and advocate within the company on project communications
- Generating and presenting sales presentations for business development
Qualifying Requirements:
- Proven track record of building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to dig deep and understand client needs in a consultative manner
- Familiarity with digital marketing and advertising products and services
- Proven track record of generating new business clients and driving revenue growth
- Ability to develop, deliver and close on persuasive sales presentations and proposals
- Experience with lead generation and qualification of prospects
- Strong business sales closing skills that accelerate and reduce the sales cycle time

Fixed Salary (paid in 24 payments per year on the 13th and the 28th of each month) |
