As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, Elana supports the execution and organization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. She helps manage day to day campaign tasks, coordinates timelines, assists with reporting, and ensures work is moving smoothly between teams. In this role, Elana also supports leadership initiatives and helps guide campaign execution based on her prior experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist. Her promotion into a coordinator role reflects her ability to think beyond individual campaigns and contribute at a higher operational and leadership level.
Elana’s path into marketing is unique. After spending seven years as a hairstylist, she transitioned into the field through hands on experience in social media and content marketing, followed by returning to school to earn her bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University at Buffalo.
Elana's career at ThreeSixty is driven by her love for the innovative approach and supportive environment. She appreciates the collaborative culture, where creative ideas are encouraged, and everyone is committed to delivering exceptional results. The opportunity to work on diverse projects with a talented team drew her in, and the continuous learning and growth keeps her motivated.
Elana has a talent for explaining complex concepts in layman's terms, making them accessible to everyone. Her sharp eye for detail ensures precision in all her projects. Outside of work, Elana enjoys crafting, crocheting, playing pickleball and tennis, and kayaking. She is actively involved in the community, planning events for team participation and working with organizations like Be a Blessing Buffalo and JA WNY.
